 the first step open your kinemaster 

 then the layer settings are 16: 9 

 now select media 

 then background 

 choose black 

 set the duration to 10 seconds

 write smoke 

 set the text duration under the background 

 you can choose the font type 

 according to each of your tastes

 next to the text layer settings 

 we select in animation 

 then select wipe right 

 Set the speed to 3

 select layer then media 

 select a smoke effect 

 set the smoke layer below the background 

 on the smoke layer 

 we choose to blend 

 then select screen 

 now we will add a blur effect 

 we select the layer and then the effect 

 select the basic effect then 

 gousian blur 

 Set the goussion blouse effect below the text 

 the duration matches the text 

 reduce the blur size 

 then we activate the keyframe 

 we select the key icon 

 activate the keyframe 

 then slide the blur little by little 

 to get great results 

 still on our current blur layer 

 we choose shapes 

 change the feather to 50 

 now let's test the interim results

 we select the layer then the effect 

 we select the layer and then the effect 

 select wave wrap 2.0 

 equate the duration of the wave wrap with a gaussian blur 

 On the wave wrap layer, we select shapes 

 then the feather make it 50 

 now we select the settings later 

 we set the X frequency 

 you can set it according to your wishes
